Traditional Argentine potato salad with carrots, peas and mayonnaise.

Ingredients
  • 1300.00 g Potatoes King Edward
  • 440.00 g Carrots
  • 360.00 g Garden Peas
  • 440.00 g Sainsbury's Mayonnaise
  • 16.00 g Salt Bottle
  • 2.00 g Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil potatoes and carrots until tender.
  2. Cook peas separately.
  3. Allow vegetables to cool completely.
  4. Mix with mayonnaise and seasoning.
  5. Chill before serving.
