Chef Rulo is more than a chef — he is a cultural ambassador of Argentine gastronomy in London and an active member of the tango community, regularly cooking at milongas where food, music, and dance become one shared ritual.

His work brings together parrilla culture, the intimacy of the shared table, and the rhythm and soul of tango.

Through private events, pop-ups, and curated gatherings, he recreates the spirit of the Argentine table: multi-course asado feasts, handmade empanadas, rustic shared boards, and music woven into the atmosphere.

We minimise our environmental impact by using eco-friendly, recyclable food-grade packaging for deliveries and takeaways, along with environmentally conscious cleaning products.

Our kitchen has been awarded the highest rating — 5 out of 5 by the UK Food Standards Agency. We use professional-grade and traditional stone ovens, professional refrigeration with strict digital temperature monitoring, and maintain clear allergen management and cross-contamination controls at every stage.

Where to Experience Chef Rulo

You can experience Chef Rulo in different ways:

El Boliche Milonga – Dinner, tango, Malbec. An informal three-course meal or a couple of empanadas before an evening of dance. Try a beginner's class in tango (taught by Tango Space), or simply watch tango dancers and enjoy the music with a glass of wine or a cocktail. Every Friday in central London.
