3. Orders and quotes
Orders for frozen empanadas placed through our online shop are confirmed once payment is taken. Catering enquiries submitted through our quote forms are requests for a proposal, not confirmed bookings — a booking is only confirmed once we and you have agreed the menu, date, guest numbers and price in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) and, where applicable, a deposit has been received.
4. Pricing
Prices shown on this website are estimates in GBP and may change based on final menu, guest numbers, location and date. We will confirm final pricing in writing before an order or catering booking is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Delivery fees and areas for frozen empanada orders are shown on our Delivery page and may change for addresses outside our standard delivery radius — please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
6. Cancellations
For frozen empanada orders, contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered preparation. For catering bookings, cancellation terms (including any deposit forfeiture for late cancellation) will be set out in your individual proposal or booking confirmation.
7. Allergens and dietary information
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, egg and other common allergens. While we can accommodate many dietary requirements on request, we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of a specific allergen. Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance before ordering, and always check with us if you have a severe allergy.

The content on this website — including text, recipes, photos and the Chef Rulo name and logo — belongs to Chef Rulo Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
9. Liability
We provide this website and our food "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
