  A fresh Italian starter of thinly sliced courgettes with lemon, mint and toasted almonds.

Main Courses

• Fresh Tagliatelle Carbonara
  Silky tagliatelle with pancetta, egg yolk and Pecorino Romano - traditional Roman carbonara, no cream.

Desserts

• Pears Poached in Red Wine
  Firm pears gently poached in spiced red wine and reduced to a glossy syrup.
