This week we travel to Italy for Una Sera d’Agosto — a light summer menu inspired by warm Italian evenings, simple seasonal ingredients, and the pleasure of sharing good food around the table.

Starters

• Chilled Roasted Beetroot Soup with Ginger & Horseradish Cream
  A fresh summer soup made with roasted beetroot, green apple and cucumber. The ginger adds warmth, while the horseradish cream provides a sharp, creamy contrast.

Main Courses

• Homemade Tagliatelle with Zucchini & Mint
  Fresh handmade pasta with sautéed zucchini, cream and fresh mint — light, fragrant and full of spring character.

Desserts

• Baked Apples with Cardamom, Cinnamon, Rum & Fennel
  Oven-baked apples infused with warm spices and dark rum — fragrant, comforting and elegant.
